Looks like the Liberal Party is winning the election here just. There was a swing to Labor but not enough for them to get in. This is good news for sensible economic policy.

A lengthy XAU bull market is as likely as the Cubbies winning the World Series. It will be as short lived as the Cubbies run in the playoff. This is only a short term bull play, maybe until May, or until spot gold reaches $340 - $350.
