9-28 Aviation Week just arrived. There is a discussion of ORB in Market Focus,p.9:

1. ORBCOMM not really profitable until 2000 (we knew this);

2. Probably will retry IPO for ORBCOMM, if and when market allows, but they have enuf money to make the IPO nonessential;

3. Merril Lynch 1999 value: $57/share.

Generally a neutral-to-upbeat article.
