Brady!! I repeat myself again, you seem to be under the opinion that when a stockholder "Files to remove the 144 legend after the holding period has ended" this does not mean they are selling. Firstly the volume and price would not support any selling , and secondly literally dozens of public company stockholders get 144 and other restrictions removed daily. Go and scroll thru the Yahoo site and look at "Insider" transactions. Secondly people like Burgess and other significant stockholders and contributors to the company would not be selling now1 when itis clear from the Form 8-K filed that they will get 10 for 1 registered stock in a Nasadaq Co.,
