Steven, I wouldn't disagree with your well reasoned response to the proposed increase in shares, however, I do believe this is in preparation for a secondary offering once WAVX is able to get the current price to increase to the $7-8 range prior to year end . In my opinion this will be accomplished with some news about forthcoming deal(s). For example, I could see a secondary offering being proposed when WAVX is able to announce a specific deal with IBM about shipment of Wavemeters being installed in one or more of their products. At any rate, as you suggest, it is just good business to prepare for the future needs of the company. Regards, Ron
