Interesting stuff, for sure. Now process this:

The cumulative sum of the advance-decline for the past 25 days is about to give me an out right BUY signal for the NYSE. Here's what it will take on Monday: If the a/d is only just a positive difference of 233 issues, I get a buy signal and it will remain intact even if, on Tuesday, it sells off and I get a negative difference of 1400 or so.

This tells me that if Monday does not fulfill the David Stern hypothesis of an imminent crash comparable to that of 1929 and 1987, and it could happen, but..., the lows are, in fact, in place.

What makes this even sweeter is that I bought the December SP500's right off the lows last Thursday (of course still sitting on the table). How do you like dem apples?
