HI Steve! I would like to make some assumptions, predictions and conclusions here, feel free to "rip them apart"!!

Facts
1) You are going to Bolivia to "check-out" the GE property
2) You are a geologist
3) You will be visiting the site using at least "some" money raised by GE shareholders
4) You are expected to come upwith some sort of report

Predictions
1) TT/GE will be uncooperative
2) Sunriver will be unable to assist you in "ANY" regard
3) The exact property area that is "mineralized" will be hard to distinquish from the surrounding jungle!
4) You will be unable to assertain any "geological information that will "raise the confort level of this project or shareholders"!
5) Guido's "micron" sized particles is a new "theory" that will not be known by the locals!

Conclusions
1) Your visit will be difficult physically
2) Your ability to ascertain any usefull information will be extremely limited
3) You will be subject to biases of the locals and the employees
4) You will report back with limited information
5) If GE is actually a "fraud", you will be implicated in the ensuing lawsuits by disgruntled investors
6) Your credentials as a geologist or a shareholder representative will leave you open for "some level of litigation"!
7) Your report will be used against you during the ensuing trial!
8) Your trip to Cangalli will ultimately cost you your home, and your happiness

Steve I always tend to look at worse possible scenario before ever committing to investing. I weigh positives against the negatives continually. If GE's concession turns out to be a world class find, you will only reap the rewards of the present shares you own! If it turns out to be a fraud, you could lose everything! Sound absurd! Absolutely, sound possible, Absolutely!

I was asked by PM if I would consider going on this trip as a Shareholder rep (realizing the GE shareholders would first have to approve, of course), I had other commitments, but appreciated the offer. However, even without the commitments I would have still turned it down!

Before you depart, I would suggest you talk to a lawyer, and get his/her impression of your future liabilities! If you need "stupidity" to guide you, then look at the people being sued or litigated in the Bre-X fiasco!! We Canadians are passive people. "Mericans" will sue there mother if they can make a buck!! (geez, that statement will make me popular!!)

Think about it, and cover your ASS, thats all I ask!

the Chief

<Obviously with your comment <Good Luck deciphering the truth> you are already putting doubt in peoples minds that we are not going to tell the truth>

Not what i am saying at all. What i mean to say is that you will be led to those with anti boisterous negative opinions of the Co-op towards GE. If, you are able to speak freely to Co-op individuals with no resistance involved (tour guide), you may increase your chances of finding where the truth lies.

Steve, i am all for the trip to Bolivia and hope you find what you are searching for, but you will be going as guided guests of SR and my expectations of you gathering quality information on GE will be limited. Just my opinion. Hope i am wrong.

Doug
