I certainly don't doubt wisdom of making the change either. I'm just saying that I don't believe, from what I learned, that AW did anything illegal in permitting the sale/transfer of the CC shares.

And, please, get off the Zwebner thing, will you? Every time you throw that in my face you are so much as calling me a liar, and I truly resent it. As I recall, I fully forgave you your past transgressions without ONCE bringing it up again (until now). Can you please demonstrate the same tolerance? GE

I agree, of course.
