I think you might have meant "relagated" to second place. Regulations have little to do with all of this. <G>

I absolutely agree on your recommendation of O'Neil's book. It's been in my library since '89 and I've read it countless times.

Still, to Gary's question, I don't think we need this input. I vote with subsequent posts that suggest we stay with a more TA orientation.
