You made good points about Eurpoe and deepwater. Among these
rig numbers, it would be interesting to note by company
whether the rigs are jackups or 3rd and 4th generation
semisubmersibles. Not all rigs are created equal.

I was told yesterday that ESV as of last week had all their rigs in the GOM working. I did ask the person about dayrates and if they've levelled off. He said that they've come way down (cut in half), but they are off their lows.
