In response to 454, ARET did not get bought by FXWA...I spoke with the President of ARET and FAMC its subsidiary and discussed how ARET and FXWA are combined his reply was as following...There was a restricted stock swap for equity. "Flexwright now owns restricted shares of "ARET" and ARET now owns restricted shares of FXWA..The benefit of this was that FXWA now recognizes ARET as a Design , engineering and construction company..The ARET stock currently sells for .009, not .0008 as you implied....Now NUOA, which has bought Oasis (if that is correct) is a Native American owned company which used to be NIAR (North American Resorts) and is a shell..I have tryed to speak with NIAR people and got a run around..although Chief Raining Bird called me at home and discussed Oasis, they were in the CD music business and was trying to raise money for a non profit purchase of an Island to construct a Native American Resort..I do not know what has come of that...But ARET is not a subsidiary of FXWA..only recognized by them..

I hope this awnsers your questions on how these fit together.
