Jan, >Understand?< Yes. Your offer of help is appreciated.
Nothing in the book is hard to understand. Sometimes a reader just
forgets something that was explained before. It's a memory type
of thing.

P&F125-basic study. Action #5. AHP,EMC,GTW,MTC & SFA have broken
below their Bullish Support Lines. We are replacing AHP,EMC,GTW,MTC
& SFA with USW,ARC,CIN,CHV & LMT.

sell 1400 shares of AHP @ 50 3/4 for $71,050
sell 1293 shares of EMC @ 53 3/8 for $69,014
sell 1458 shares of GTW @ 49 1/16 for $71,533
sell 1290 shares of MTC @ 52 for $67,080
sell 3577 shares of SFA @ 12 11/16 for $45,383

buy 1203 shares of USW @ 53 7/8 for $64,812
buy 897 shares of ARC @ 72 1/4 for $64,808
buy 1676 shares of CIN @ 38 11/16 for $64,840
buy 740 shares of CHV @ 87 5/8 for $64,843
buy 615 shares of LMT @ 105 5/16 for $64,767
New cash balance is $36.

Results of week 1 - Benchmark is down 4.0%
P&F125-basic is down 4.1%

Observations - The very strong RS stocks that have held up
during this summer's correction are starting to show wear.
AHP, EMC, DELL, GTW etc are trading higher now than they were
last April when the market was making new highs, but are starting
to show RS weakness. Are they the last to fall in this great bull
run or are they the last to correct before the next up leg?
Time will tell.
