lehman says downside risk is probably low lehman.com see: Semiconductors: 3Q98 Earnings Preview INTEGRATED DEVICE TECHNOLOGY (IDTI-$5 5/16) - Integrated Device Technology will likely report a meaningful operating loss for the third quarter in addition to a non-recurring charge of $205-$240 million. There are only three estimates and ours is at the low end of the range. Moreover, a loss for the December quarter will probably be indicated during the company's conference call. Therefore, it may be difficult for its shares to move higher during the next few weeks. However, the downside risk is probably low. Hence, we rate the stock 3-Neutral.
