Bald Man from Mars -- 1. the character played by John Lithgow on "Third Rock from the Sun". 2. car wrecking yard term referring to a thoroughly useless tire with no treads which is only suitable to be painted and used as a tacky planter for petunias. 3 a whimsical inhabitant on Silicon Investor, who was probably a fakir is his younger days (see definition #67).
