He was kicked off s i.I thought everyone knew.I even told the webmaster to have a public list somewhere so people would not try to pm folks kicked off.Just a common courtesy.It is up to ftel to defend there company through legal channels if they wish to do so. They imho have a heck of a case and deep pockets to go after.Its not my place to go after bashers in league with brokers and mms ,they are to powerful for me.Ask yourself one question?Why do a few individuals continually post and have no financial interest?kTheres a smoking gun somewhere and if ftel does not use there corporate power to protect themselves from slander then I sure as heck aint.
