Yes it is! I think FORE is a safer bet compared to MRVC, PAIR, AFCI, CIEN at this level. FORE is still the ATM leader. It is not loosing
market shares. Its problem is the aquisition charging of Berkley
network. CISCO is expensive in valuation but it is affordable (for me) at 50 or below. In longer term, CSCO is the safest bet among
the networking stocks. I trust CISCO in it knows what it is buying
to keep up with new technologies. You can easily double with FORE
at this level than with CISCO. However, if FORE makes mistake, it could end up like MRVC (buying Xyplex). I dont think it could happen with CISCO. It's long records could prove it. Good luck.
