Zeev,

Consider the whole ore pile "the batch"! Now we have solved the "batch" problem. We only need to economically process the "batch", then move to "batch2" (Weaver Creek, or Oro Grande).

I see no batch problem. What I see is a process control problem.

Mills do not operate on a batch process. They usuually operate on a continuous process and if you must have a batch, then that becomes a certain time period or throughput quantity.

What needs to be done and what I hope is in the planning is to verify the process, insure that all components have adequate capacity, monitor the extraction and resin saturation and ship the resin when deemed appropriate.

Certainly in a startup operation there will be glitches and false starts, give them a break, ok!!

There should be and certainly will be fine tuning changes to the process, but that should be controlled and not ad hoc!

In your inventions, did you arrive at the final product on the first try, or did you make empirical changes, or did you take a careful problem resolution based approach?

I certainly enjoy all the discussion, and are valid points made by many.

We must all remember that we are breaking new ground here, and that is never easy.

I will bet Zeev has onion peels all over his lab of invention, Jack!!
