Like many other DGIV investors, I was expecting the sb10 to be filed.
The delay in the sb10 filing was responsible for the drop in price; if the company has filed the sb10, the price would have gone up.

As a long-term shareholder, I look at the long-term fundamentals of the company.I have always been here, regardless of the share price. Of course, as a front runner, you would not know anything about commitment and long term investment philosophies. More importantly, as a front runner, you only show up when the price is down but are nowhere to be found when it is "our turn".Therein lies the difference between a true investor with commitment to a company and its long-term goals and a front runner/basher/opportunist!!!

Cheers!!!
