GG: Anyway to cut to the chase and print the info here also so some can just copy it and mail it to your office as a reigstered stockholder? I wonder if you have to be registered to vote the issue or proxie will cover with a letter from your broker? hmmm wonder? as many may not be registered. There are over 4 to 5 million in the count and I would guess that to be only 60% of what may wish to vote at the meeting. Yet there are new shares that may controll the total system of free enterprize with in the new issue that the company has printed. There ah may be more printed now that this post is on the board for them to read. That's just a V-(special)-HO of mine anyway. As there is no reason I can find that the stock should have been issued in the first place. Hell you can't start a program like they did in Chile with Mr. House and start selling stock to pay for it after taking a gift of over 15,000,000 shares X3 = 45,000,000 common for there self. This fundamental gift gave them everything and the stockholders of this company the 'SHAFT' Hell the early folks who put up there money did not get that back in stock or issue from the company are they not the same as the rest? IMO they are. One Pissed off and progressively more, Oh. Dam that ;'cat wants in now have to run....
