I think before you start calling people losers you should make sure you know who are talking to. I never said Gateway was cleaning CPQ clock. D. Swiss said it. Furthermore, your story really doesn't really add or subtract from the argument. My new Dell was a piece of junk. I replaced the monitor with a Sony and the motherboard fried on me. Now my sound card doesn't seem to work. Yet Dell is certainly kicking some major ass.

Buy Compaq. Three years ago they sent a service contractor to my house in four foot of snow. He picked up the bad monitor repaired it and returned it. It was a bad $15 transistor. I did pay him $90 to fix a CD drive software problem. I had really messed it up.
