What do you think of this scenario. My personal ponderings of course.....

They get down to the last details and the remaining Zulu stock is exchanged for esvs.

Somehow the larger shareholders have preferred shares or similar and end up getting theirs exchanged last.

However, between the time the small shareholders stock is exchanged and the time the large shareholders stock is exchanged, something happens and the deal falls through.

Instead of reissuing the zulu stock they somehow avoid it.

Now the only people holding zulu stock are those who control it now.

The small shareholders get nothing.

**The following was also suggested by someone else a couple of months ago.

The NEW owners take the company private.

Later they do an IPO and make another killing.
