There is a logic to that. Clearly that is the Russian (not to mention, the Serbian) position. But there are also reasons to act in instances of genocide, particularly when it happens in areas of the world where the West has extensive connection, and reach. And when it doesn't cost us too much, frankly. Life is messy, isn't it? Doug (LOL, I initially sent my message to YOU to the wrong person also. Guess I've got too many windows open.
