What the "plus" is would have to be, at minimum, Clinton personally paying back the millions the Justice Dept has had to spend so far to uphold the laws of the land, which Clinton willfully violated. I would start the Clinton-tab meter on the day that Linda Tripp first talked with Justice Dept investigators.

How is that anything but mean spirited? You're not dealing with Bill Gates, you know.

If Starr had trippled his already bloated staff upon learning of the threat which the Tripp tapes suggested the very security of our country might be facing, Clinton should have to foot that bill as well, I take it?
