Did the CEO of ARET, Jankovec, also tell you they have issued in excess of 220 million shares, have closed all but one office, have no contracts to build, have defaulted against a little old lady's trust and others. ARET exists at the sufferance of Jankovec from month to month. Chief Rain Bird may be more like my rain bird sprinkler, except instead of water he is spraying something else again. This is truly a riot. Yes, NUOA is now a 'Native American Company'. The 20% interest in FXWA translates to 1/5 of 8% stake or so in ARET so of course by deduction we are now a Native American owned company. This is great.
