Hmm..I seem to remember reading the word 'misrepresentation' in that press release. Just to 'clarify', no pun intended, I consulted Merriam-Webster...

"mis*rep*re*sent (verb transitive)

First appeared 1647

1 : to give a false or misleading representation of usu. with an intent to deceive or be unfair <~ed the facts> "

Sounds a little more serious than clarification, and I don't think this has the least little bit to do with Midland.

Facts are facts, Alan, and lies are lies, and regardless of your dislike for me, we now see what is the case with this company.

Now, the only question in my mind, in light of all of your DD on this stock, is 'Are you a victim or a villian?'

Should be a very interesting few weeks.

Thousands of feet of Bre X core was not done for nothing either and I believe Kilborn is named as a defendant.

Face it Alan there is trouble however we will see what Monday brings...............
