Brady: These filings all appear at the one time because, the new rule 144, which came into effect earlier this year, changed the holding period from two years to one year. As you know those shares were issued to the founders and funders of the initial stages of Echo Media, Fisher's group were founders and investors, the Burgess family developed the tech,, with $5.0 million from Asia. Burgess is looking at a $3/$4 million hit with his shares, and believes in the plan, he is great guy I have talked to him a lot last year, as I believe you did also.. Hope this is helpful//
