It is totally stupid to say they are! As for monday....we will see, but before anyone ever looses a penny they have to sell....which in my viewpoint would be sensless at this time. We have all know for ages this is a long term play and not a daytrade issue...and if someone decided to short term it, that is their decision, let them live with the results! Again, there have been no lies here...the SEC would have dealt with it very harshly if there had been. It is a matter of IKAR, with the Russian info and the recent engineering report supporting it, considered it proof...the SEC said, no, it needs to be verified with drilling before it is considered proof. That simple!! Wake up! Jim J

Everyone makes or should make their own decisions re this or any stock and SI is only a small part of DD. just my opinion which ain't worth a hill of beans.

Binder; When I joined SI my understanding was that the forums were to be used by private investors to share their opinions whether it to be pro or con on stocks. This seems not to be the case and we all know the SEC is all over the boards... But as for myself my conscience is clear since I have never received compensation (cash,stock ect..) from any Company that I have posted about or from any other stock that I own. We are all adults and we are all responsible for our own decisions. It does seem that starting a thread seems to make people think you are being paid or are some how involved with the Company. So for myself IKAR will be the last thread I start. I will just mingle around and share my thoughts on existing threads. Their is no easy answers with regards to BB stocks and these forums. There is much volatility with regards to BB's and the SEC knows this thus the current disclaimer on these forums. But I also believe their is allot of illegal shorting going on as well and that is as far as I am concerned a form of manipulation. At the same time I am not saying shorting is bad it's only when it is abused that it becomes criminal in my view. Their are allot of scenarios with regards to this from debentures to REG S ECT....... I also have heard all the off the wall rumors about IKAR but the bottom line is that there is no meat to them whatsoever. All you hear is I have heard things are bad or I have heard this and that but when you ask for specifics it's Dahhhhhhhh. When I asked IKAR if there was any disciplinary actions with regards to the SEC against them there answer was NO. Their has been NO fines against IKAR in regards to the SEC that I am aware of. This press release was NOT forced upon by the SEC that I am aware of IKAR did it voluntarily to clear the water. It's called lets clean house and move on. The Company just went overboard with its enthusiasm and released projections that should have not been disseminated since it did not meet certain requirements. IKAR may have an opinion, the Tajiks Geologists may have an opinion of the potential of this property but that doesn't make it right to convey those feelings in a press release without the regards for certain guidelines thus the correction. We are all learning here including IKAR... They took the bold step forward to rectify rather than to wait for a problem with the SEC if indeed a problem would have occurred. I didn't base my buying of this stock on off the wall projections for the fact is that projections are just that the proof is when a property is mined and the outcome is positive. I purchased IKAR based on the Russian Report which was inferred by Kilborn as not being inaccurate. I also based my decision on the IMF's involvement with regards to the Country and the development stage that the Country is now presently engaged in.......... Labor is a KEY here and it is very low. Low Labor cost's is an important factor with regards to mining. Also IKAR's site is very close to China's border.... you may wish to check on the road development by the Chinese as well as on the Tajik side........ Do you know how many Mines make big projections only to end up losing money....... A positive feasibility report is IKAR's next step with the completion of the Summer Program. As far as massive selling goes my opinion is that this stock is not one of those Internet Hype jobs. I feel many astute investors are involved with this stock and they know the potential based their own DD. I have been through this before with many stocks I have been in.... If I thought this Company was selling stock or making claims with regards to the summer program that were not true I would have been out of it by now. The fact is the Summer Program is progressing and they have approx. 120 workers their at present to complete this task. I have no indication of it not being true and with the issuing of the last press release that the news release on the summer program was inaccurate. It as well would have had some retractions but it has NOT nor has the Kilborn Report or the documentation that the Russian Report exist's. I am not happy with the current price of IKAR but that is not a permanent situation. Again the above is my opinion......................
