Aaron, recovering $.03/share is still better than nothing. I wonder what will MXAM do with the property, they have barely enough money to do a credible job on their own properties, why should they take on the rock? Are they short of good deposits?

If I was a MAXAM share holder, I would question management's decision, but then, I am not a share holder in either entities.

By the way, how much dilution to MXAM shareholders will this transaction bring? Is it worth the value of the property?

Good luck to everyone.
