The late stock market bubble is now official: -g-

<<WASHINGTON, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Italian Treasury Minister Carlo Azeglio Ciampi said on Saturday a recent correction in stock markets was a positive development as it had ended a speculative bubble.

''A few months ago I referred to the speculative bubble in the stock market. Now it is over,'' Ciampi told a news conference after a meeting here of the Group of Seven major industrial nations.

Asked whether this was a positive development, he replied: ''Yes it is positive.''>>

RTI had a nice sell off because of the Strike in Ohio. Looks like a first third to me at these levels.
