With growth, they will hire more employees.

JPR has 3 offices. I've talked to them about the amount
of personnel. In Florida, they have four people to answer phones
for customer service, and a sufficient amount in the back
office for paper work.

I'm not sure how many are employed at their other two
offices. Like any business, when they start growing,
they hire more employees. Good point Dr. Harvey.

Thank you. As I said, I know nothing about JPR. Mine was a comment only on the existing commission rates, which I think (hope) will change over time.
