Pezz, obviously since I said so, then yes I believe that "For the propensity to lie and deceive alone Clinton should be thrown out of office". To throw a President out of office requires the process of impeachment. Impeachment is for "bribery, treason, and other high crimes and misdemeanors".

The reason that the expression "high crimes and misdemeanors" is vague, is because it is purposefully so. It is a safety valve, part of the system of checks and balances. As Gerald Ford said in a Congressional speech, "High crimes and misdemeanors are whatever Congress says they are". "Betrayal of the public trust" was one of the grievous offenses attributed to Nixon in floor speaches by influential Congressmen and Congresswomen of that time. Have you perchance read the articles of impeachment brought against President Nixon? The charges are eerily familiar, seemingly describing William Jefferson Clinton. I've seen the introduction to those Articles of Impeachment before, but don't have a link at hand.

<<For the propensity to lie and deceive alone Clinton should be thrown out of office>>

The Watergate impeachment articles cite primarily lying and deceit as offenses.
