If I make you so nervous you search the net for posts
I have made I feel bad for you. My posts on TFRY have been
positive, when called for, or negative, when called for.
In neither case do I press one side, I present the entire picture
as I see it. I do not say a company is profitable(as you did
with NUOA 1/98) nor mislead about 5 spinoffs(as you did).
I find penny stocks can be fun and intriguing and have had
some success, but in each case it the result of a company
willing to make $ the hard way, with honesty and patience.
thanks for reminding me I paid .09, it was less than 2k$
investment, just for fun.

Thanks Jerry,

I hope it is Marbella. You are correct that Marbella has become a very popular site. For some reason, it attracts a lot of Hollywood type people. I believe NUOA will not be building anymore. They will be going after established properties.

The properties will have a track record and it should be a lot easier to secure financing for the purchase.

Rick,

You wrote>> With this merger there is no mention of what will come of the money if
any from the lawsuit involving the contractor, will fred pocket the money
or pay it as a dividend to us??? and what will become of Fantastic
Foods???>>

It would seem that if the company receives a favorable ruling and the contractor pays some type of an award, Fred would not pocket the money. Since FXWA will own the property come the 9th then FXWA/NUOA will use those monies to fund other projects. There is always the chance that the developer may just give FXWA/NUOA a larger percentage of the Gammarth properties in lieu of a cash settlement. We may have to wait awhile for all this to play out however.

Good question about Fantastic Foods (and the other subs). Does anyone know if Fantastic Foods or any of the other subs were included in the deal with FXWA. If someone has the chance to call the company and ask about the subs (and also confirm Marbella and the name of the hotel), it would be appreciated.

Gary,

Did not search the net. Just looked at your profile on SI as I was curious to what other stocks you have followed. If you look you will see a list of your posts.
