Needless to say, this is music to my ears but...

If today's daily input of the Arms index should close today at 2.365, that would once again give one of those very rare signals that a major BUY opportunity is within the next two weeks.

My broker has been keeping a moving average of "TRIN" for 16 years and says that right now it too is in an extreme bullish mode.
