(NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board:EUTO) announced Wednesday that a meeting of its board of directors was held on July 21, 1998, during which Brad Wilkenson was appointed as Secretary/Treasurer of Eutro Group Holding Inc. On Aug. 25, 1998, during a special meeting of the board of directors, they unanimously approved Wilkenson's appointment as a member of the board. Wilkenson's previous position was vice president of Marketing and Investor Relations.
