Are you also saying the Arms index is worth watching and
do people you know watch and heed it?

After I read the Arms article a few days ago I charted
this index for the DJIA. geocities.com
If a low Arms index is a buy signal, then we're near it.
My Y-units are not the same as Arms'.

(to other readers: the Arms index measures daily volatility
and charts the 10 day moving average of volatility. When the
indicator is low, volatility is high. What is being measured
is the volume needed to cause the index to move one percent)
