I agree Zeus549. I am very bothered by Nutstoo's change of tune. I hope he is now being secretive and changing his tune a bit to keep his plan of attack secret from the shorters who surely monitor both this board and the Yahoo board. If Nuts, Card and the crew are scamming the slogs it has to be one of the most elaborate scams in history. Worthy of a Sting like movie. Actually if JAWS does shoot into the $20 or maybe $30 (or please God $100+) it'll be certainly worthy of a hell of a book or CNBC special. I think Nuts is not pulling because Colin, Cardshark, Nuts and the Co have a plan that they think will be a Grand Slam. They want more than a home run. Slog on!

Zeus:

I a doctor and not a lawyer, so I certainly don't know of any laws. You are certainly correct in saying that it should not and can not be manipulative to get your certs. However, considering what the shorts can do to extricate themselves from this mess is to go to court and claim that there was collusion and market manipulation. Nuts would have to be the prime target. I put myself in his place and that is why I would have markedly reduced my contact with the Yahoo board and would want everyone to participate in the certs pull.

<<This must be the toughest Form 10 in history or the dumbest attorneys.>>

Or possibly the attorneys are smart.
