Lisa would probably be the one to contact for the best information sites. She seems to have a link for any subject that exists. I have this one for Mutual fund flows but it is only updated once a week (Thursdays I believe). amgdata.com As for your other information topics, If Lisa can't help, try the exchange sites. While sometimes slow in their data, they have just about everything you can imagine there. I use the NASDAQ site for all kinds of weird data I use in my timing indicator. For NASDAQ only data that is only updated once a month around the 4th of the following month but goes back a long way try nasd.com This site has information about US monetary flows and if you scan down the list there are links for Mutual Fund money supplies, treasury notes and stuff like that from the Federal Reserve of St. Louis. bos.business.uab.edu As a last resort, here is wall street links which has all kinds of links to sites, some free others not but I have found when trying to do something a little different that I can usually stumble on something here by following a link then linking from that to something else. wallstreetlinks.com If that one doesn't get you there, then just try the new search engines. They often will find what you need too but you have to dig through all the hits. As for the part in the article about the day of trading not looking like much, that is why we use varying minute intra day charts to see the swings. especially 1, 3, 6 minute candles which are my favorites. They disclose all kinds of interesting things happening during the course of a trading session. That is why we get Joe six-packs money most of the time. What you are trying to do sounds interesting but complicated as you will have to try to track multiple funds and average them together or else pick out the ones that seem to fair the best in times like these to get a good feel for the whole group. Fidelity used to be more open until about 6 months ago when they slammed the doors in our face after they figured out we were tracking their movements. Now they are so secretive that even the sites that claim to track their inflows and outflows differ each week in what they find by millions of dollars and last week one was reporting inflows while the link I gave you reported outflows. You will have your hands full but if you make something out of it, make sure to share <g> Good Luck, Lee
