Net Capital is extremely important to me which is why I use Waterhouse. I am not a daytrader as it isn't my philosophy, but I am a trader, and I don't want to be waiting to get my money back.

Bo -

First, let me thank you for starting the dialog about commissions, I think it'll be of value to all of us to explore the issues.

You say both,

"I just found out about them two days ago." and

"They have been around a lot longer than MBT"

If both statements are true, why haven't we heard of JPR much before this?

I just recently opened an account with MBT. Even though JPR commissions are lower, MBT has the track record and following that gave me a little more comfort than dealing with JPR. In the future, as JPR establishes a track record and proves that they can provide good service with their lower price structure, I'll consider switching.
