Bill,I understand what you are saying but you run the risk of missing a good trade by shutting down.
This happened to me last week.Took a hit in YHOO and less than an hour later the best(least risky) trade of the year set up for me in DELL.

I think that in the end everybody reacts a little differently to a lose and needs to find the best way for THEMSELVES to deal with it.
