Robert,

I see no signs of financial problems. Seems it was taken
out of thin air????? Everybody is cutting back and so has
TI. Maybe that's what was thought to be financial problem?

I have no idea.

As for the longer this downturn goes I personally feel that
it will be harder on competitors than TI because TI is so
well managed, and has the financial reserves to keep moving
forward.

And, the longer the downturn with the above conditions the
better price for me to acqire more stock.

Now, don't get me wrong, I don't want a forever downturn.
I just want some time to acquire more stock because the up-
turn always comes sooner or later.

I'm content. I feel good about the company. I see DSP building.

Just my personal unprofessional opinion.
