Found this searching for Netmarks, any ideas?

Hej!

Jag har valt att placera mina [Bookmarks] här.

Detta för att slippa slarva bort dem och för

att slippa komplikationer med olika browsers

Men är du ändå här kan du ju kika runt lite...

Ken,

From the ballooning short position and recently announced deals it seems to me that the converted shares are being sold short. Just being short in these conditions has a high degree of risk - in fact most people going short would try to avoid a stock with a large short position. It will be interesting to see the short position for September.

I think another interesting fact from the FAQ is:

"The obvious way to close out any short-against-the-box position is to buy to cover the short position and to sell off the long."

I haven't thought about the numbers long enough yet - but what is the best way to unwind the accumulating short against the box position? To me it would seem you could rapidly cover and go long at precisely the right time, by covering the short with inexpensive converted shares.

Just my best guess - I don't own any preferred shares.
