CS didn';t mean silence. Far from it, he was addressing those that can say much about something, but mean something quite different. Nowadays they call them spin doctors or rebuttal hypsters.

You've seen the type. You ask a legitimate question, or state a fact, and they turn it upside down and inside out. Some of them intentionally try to "upset your metabolism". It would serve some of them well if they got the people exposing them kicked off SI..then they could work their "WEB" and catch their prey with out any interference. Think about it.
