It will happen naturally, but not in the way some of the hypesters on the thread are predicting that it will happen.

C'mon, do you honestly think Rentech, now a penny stock, is going to head back up to 2 or 3, as has been suggested, upon the announcement of the deal? More like a buck and a quarter at this price, at best, especially if the numbers are good (ASSUMING THAT THERE ARE NUMBERS IN THE PRESS RELEASE -- FAT CHANCE). Furthermore, do you honestly believe that Rentech will follow Syntroleum's chart? For God's sake, how many institutions will touch a stock under a buck? SLHO had something going for it -- it had a stock price over five when they finalized with Texaco.

In addition, does one actually believe that Texaco is going to give Rentech tens of millions up front for the process? Perhaps a few million of start-off money and a few million for R&D, but the real money for Rentech will come once Texaco starts to actually make a few F-T reactor sales. We're at least a year away from that, folks.
