To ALL New Price Target for FP:

Both Apollo and GE are experienced vultures and love to buy businesses out of
bankruptcy....Can't you see the writing on the wall?

Leon Black the Darth Vadar of finance used to run the M&A department at Drexel
Burnham Lambert, is the opportunistic head of Apollo...He put Apollo on the map by
buying the First Executive portfolio out of bankruptcy and mining the gems in that
portfolio of bankruptcies for years.

GE bought GPA, bankrupt Aircraft leasing portfolio out of bankruptcy and has mad a
fortune.

Now that FP is like speeding train heading into a concrete wall, don't you think those
two savvy savvy financiers (Ge and Apollo) will wait to use their expertise investing in
bankruptcies after the equity is wiped out?

Duh...It is so obvious...He shares this information so that you will not be duped by Wall
Street analysts that have no common sense and believe manipulator Dan Phillip's lies.

Mr. Pink reiterates His rating of T5/F (Quintuple Turd with Flies) and lowers price
target to zero.

All statements are the opinion of Mr. Pink who has a hefty short position in this piece of
rotting dog meat.
