I recognize that public trading was halted by NASDAQ during the intervening days, but have no information on whether any private transactions in Premier Laser stock might be taking place over the past several months. Can you point me to a source which would provide that information? Perhaps the transfer agent would know? Reason I think this is important to the issue of an announcement being "material" is that materiality is a function of federal law (or regulation) rather than a NASDAQ rule. Am I correct with this understanding.? Thanks in advance. JSb.

Is this the best contribution to SI that you can make? Unfortunately though, it is better than the link to the purported "institutional analysis." Before you start picking at any other post, you should attempt to defend your own... So far, you have not even attempted to defend your own posts much less the alleged "institutional analysis", which most of us think says a lot about your credibility, or more appropriately, lack thereof... If you want to be taken seriously here, try addressing the merits..... of anything..... Troy
