Brady, two possibilities:

a) Maybe they DON'T have revenues of close to $24M this year (annualized). Based on Pattison Hayton's track record, do you think it's possible that he would just make up numbers?

I dunno, but we are relying on fragments tossed out in press releases, not a financial statement audited by a major CPA firm. There isn't much backing-up the numbers, other than the honesty of the people tossing-out the numbers.

As long are audited financials for 1997 (and, soon, 1998) have not been released, there is going to be speculation that the numbers that have been given are not correct, and that they can't find a CPA firm that is willing to put pen to them.

b) Maybe they don't WANT to pay the rent. Maybe the money is going elsewhere than toward expenses.

Oh, third possibility: (a) and (b)

BTW, speaking of audited financials - the most recent press release (remember that one) was titled:

"Enhanced Services Announces Zulu-Media Audited Results"

So, where are they? Will we ever see them? I guess what they announced is that audited results exist, but not that they intend to share them? This is pretty fine shading of the word "announces", don't you agree?

Oops, no, here's what they said in the PR:

"...also announced that it was releasing audited financials for Zulu-Media, Inc (formerly SoftBank Interactive Marketing, Inc., or ''SIM'') for the twelve months ended December 31, 1997 and would file the complete financial statements on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission."

Where are they? They filed an 8K, but the financial statements were MIA. When will the update be filed?

I dunno, what else could "release" mean? Maybe the financials were keep in a cage on Pattison Hayton's desk. Maybe they opened the cage door. They've been released, but they just don't want to leave that durn cage.

I gotta say, the new PR firm is doing a bang-up job. Yessiree. A central principle of theirs is to insist that their clients follow-up on their promises. Yep, their first PR for the company sure has been effective, and has really proven that you can trust ESVS/ZULU to do what they say they are going to do. Nice going!

revenues from WHERE ?? sure, i see the postings of an Ad placement on the Web here and there, but it sure don't add up to 24 mill. decent companies 'in transition' don't USUALLY see their stock price drop steadily like a rock........ but this one does. gee, i wonder why ??
