I am new to thread. I too have been scouring the G7 news and can not see anything real positive- Japan no new fiscal measures, Germany no immediate interest rate action, a lot of talk, etc...BWDIK, I am no international finance sage.

Besides, I loved the Clinton plan to make it easier for countries to get financing, irrespective of their financial condition- another winning liberal idea!
