Yes, something negative must be cooking. And, it's true, the salesperson-canary model is often flawed. Still, it gives me pause. That aside, the macro situation is what has really got me down. By "macro" I refer to the database market as a whole, plus the world economic situation. Ever since my last visit to Japan and SE Asia in August I've been a super-bear doom and gloomer. So I'm going to wait awhile before buying ODIS again, 5 year horizon or not. Sea Otter
