I foresee a two prong Nougie attack on strategic penny scam stocks. The first prong: A Nougie private goes in and makes an insane pump about a penny stock. ( To draw attention to our target) The second prong : A massive Nougie attack on the claim, and all other silly claims about lame penny stocks and pump and dumpers. This I feel will draw more attention to the Nougie patrol therefore increasing your army of Nougettes. Viva Nougie
