Your storm story got to me - my two biggest worries came together, fear for my son and fear for what a storm can do. I would not have enjoyed the evening...

I've been through some wild storms while exhibiting outside and now have post traumatic stress when black skies approach. Too many storms; too much at risk. There was a wild one that I missed in Harrisburg where most artists had their booths destroyed by 60 and 70 mph winds. Many lost stock as well. I don't think anyone knows how badly they fared. They leave town after picking up the mess, and no one follows up on them.

Do you think storms are worse than they have been - more frequent, more damaging? There is a theory that they are worse due to climate changes from global warming.

Wind, lightning, torrential rain and tornadoes, and the game was cancelled? What kind of wimps are you raising in Texas? It's football.
