You're right. The context of the SM article was to investigate the picking up highly valued stock in these volatile times at a discount. There were compelling reasons cited for some stocks why the prices might move down, and certain prices were mentioned as definite buy triggers, but the DELL section was laughable. Yes it would be nice to buy DELL at $33 but don't come out with the first thing that comes into your head for the reason that that may be possible.
